I never thought that there will be people that write a book about leadership from MMORPGs... But here it is!!!! (http://www.guildleadership.com/)

As a business student, I can understand some business books can be very dry, and extreme useful to cure insomnia ^.^, but this book looks interesting to me as I am a gamer myself and it discusses leadership using mmorpg perspective and also the way which leadership in mmorpgs can be input in real life. Its USD16.95 (200+ page) which will be around SGD 24 and it is actually consider reasonable price for a business book.
However, there are still people(esp. parents and teachers <_<) who think playing mmorpgs is a waste of time. May be its time to get this book and give them as a present during their birthdays or anyother days (especially Mothers'Day Fathers' Day and Teachers' Day)! Who knows, may be lessons learned in mmorpgs can be an important step in grooming future leaders in this technology advanced society!
